# Return Policy

### Return of Damaged Product

Immediately [contact us](https://wilhelmschweizer.com/contact-us/) or call or text us at 530-559-6680 for return instructions. Damaged product must be identified within 48 hours of receipt. Be sure to retain the original shipping container and material**.**  For insurance purposes these materials must be returned with the damaged product(s). Also be sure your shipment is insured. Upon receipt of your damaged product(s) a replacement product(s) will be shipped.

### Return of Non-Damaged Product

Returns are allowed within seven days of product receipt. All non-damaged product returns require a 15% restocking fee. [Contact us](https://wilhelmschweizer.com/contact-us/) or call or text us at 530-559-6680 for a return authorization number. You may return the merchandise via U.S. Mail or by common carrier. In the return please include a copy of your receipt. In addition the returned product must be undamaged and unused. Please be sure your shipment is insured. A check or credit card refund for the amount of the product(s) less restocking fee will be issued once the return is received.
