Return of Damaged Product
Immediately contact us or call or text us at 530-559-6680 for return instructions. Damaged product must be identified within 48 hours of receipt. Be sure to retain the original shipping container and material. For insurance purposes these materials must be returned with the damaged product(s). Also be sure your shipment is insured. Upon receipt of your damaged product(s) a replacement product(s) will be shipped.
Return of Non-Damaged Product
Returns are allowed within seven days of product receipt. All non-damaged product returns require a 15% restocking fee. Contact us or call or text us at 530-559-6680 for a return authorization number. You may return the merchandise via U.S. Mail or by common carrier. In the return please include a copy of your receipt. In addition the returned product must be undamaged and unused. Please be sure your shipment is insured. A check or credit card refund for the amount of the product(s) less restocking fee will be issued once the return is received.
